Cancellations Policy

The Secret Garden Cottage is a private vacation rental, and when we reserve your dates, we have to turn away other possible reservations. As a private vacation rental, unlike a hotel, we are not able to accommodate last-minute cancellations. We require 14 days notice to cancel your reservation. If we do not receive 14 days notice to cancel your reservation, we will try to book your dates, but if we are unable to replace your reservation, or if you do not show up to check in on the first day of your booking, you will be billed the full amount due. Receipt of this email is your notice of this policy. Your understanding and compliance with this policy is greatly appreciated.
